INTENT TO SPEND ON HOME IMPROVEMENTS

Today we echo a news item published in the CITMA's blog, Wood and Furniture Center created in 2013 as an operational center of the Andalusian Institute of Technology, the result of the integration of the Wood Technological Center Foundation and the Furniture from Andalusia with this entity, in which they present us with a study about the spending intention of home improvement consumers.

Cetelem has presented in April a special edition of the Observatory, in which he shows us the data on Spending intention of the Spanish as to home renovations and equipment.
The data analyzed and the reflections shown in this edition of the Cetelem Observatory have been obtained from the realization of a online survey made by the investmarket company.
Spaniards are encouraged to renovate and equip their home in 2015. 36% of Spaniards intend to carry out some reform or significant outlay on equipment for your home.

Although the majority of those surveyed are not thinking of making this type of investment, a somewhat significant percentage do intend to do so. It seems that the data on the improvement of the macroeconomic situation, as well as the confidence in the improvement of the country's situation and their own, are translating into a slight improvement in consumption by Spaniards.
29% of Spaniards intend to carry out some reform in their home in 2015. Of the 36% of Spaniards who declare their intention to carry out some reform or disbursement in household equipment, 29% will do so in the more, bath, painting, windows, doors, etc… In addition, almost 26% intend to acquire decoration elements for their home this year and 23% declare they want to buy some white range appliance.
El expected average spend by the Spanish for the realization of this investment in the home is of 1.294€. Although the majority of those surveyed (54%) intend to make a small outlay amounting to approximately €150, 28% of them declare an intention to spend around €750.
